Where is Long Island Youth Ballet located?
We have a beautiful studio located at 274 New York Ave, Huntington, NY 11743.
How do I set up a visit to Long Island Ballet?
Complete our contact form, call us at (631) 561-3137, or email us at longislandyouthballet@gmail.com to set up a time to visit. We would love to show you around the studio, answer any questions you may have, and help you get started with joining Long Island Youth Ballet.
At what age can we start Long Island Ballet?
Our program levels start with our Pre-K Creative Movement Class that is for 3-4 year olds, then the Primary Ballet Class is for 5-7 year olds. We have youth ages 3 to 18 and program levels for all levels of experience.
What is expected of students and parents at Long Island Youth Ballet?
We have furnished guidelines for both students and parents to read and agree to uphold. It is in the best interest of Long Island Ballet and our students to understand proper studio etiquette and know that you must agree to our Code of Conduct.
Do you offer private training lessons for students?
Yes. However, private dance lessons are only available to students who are a part of Long Island Youth Ballet and are scheduled at the Director’s discretion.
What is the weekly training schedule for each level?
Class schedule is based on what level your student is in. We are closed to all training on Wednesday.

5:30-7:00pm—Upper Intermediate and Advance Ballet Technique
Tuesday
4:30-5:30pm—Lower Intermediate Ballet Technique
5:30-7:00pm—Upper Intermediate and Advance Ballet Technique

4:30-5:30pm—Lower Intermediate Ballet Technique
5:30-7:00pm—Upper Intermediate and Advance Technique
Friday
5:30-7:00pm—Upper Intermediate and Advance Ballet Technique
Saturday
9:30-10:30am—Preschool Creative Movement Ballet
10:30-11:30am—Primary Ballet Technique/Rep
11:30am-1:00pm—Lower Intermediate Ballet Technique/Rep
1:00-3:30pm—Upper Intermediate and Advance Ballet Technique/Rep
